[DCP-o-matic] Prores 4444 & KDM keys

Hi, I am just about to create a DCP for a 90 minute feature. Will prores 4444 work? Seems best way to go. Also in terms of creating a DCP with requires a KDM key what setting shall I use. I ask because I played around with this a wile ago and it did not work. No error, it just did not create the file.
