That is a bug in DCP-o-matic which should be fixed in 1.76.3, which is
currently building and will shortly be available from here:
http://dcpomatic.com/test-download
It seems to be due to the iTunes files having two video streams (one of
which appears to be just a thumbnail) and DCP-o-matic was picking the
wrong one to use.
Let me know if you still have problems with 1.76.3.
