Hmm, wondering wether it would be more GUI consistent to put 'Create DCP and upload to
TMS' under the Jobs menu, as 'Make DCP', 'Create KDM', 'Send To
Batch Converter', etc.? I think an 'action following a DCPs creation' should
not be checkboxed as a DCP parameter under the DCP tab?
