Both of those things are possible, but can't be done with
DCP-o-matic as it stands.
I am planning to add the option to import existing DCPs to
DCP-o-matic, so this type of thing would be fairly easy.

a lot.
And a question:
Would it be possible to reload an already made DCP not encrypted, and use DCP-o-Matic to
encrypt it and then generate KDMs?
Same question for a DCP which is already encrypted, may be with another software, and use
the symetric key to generate KDMs?
