Hi Tom,
It looks like you have added 6 separate audio files to the project. In
your screenshots you have the "C" file selected and the audio mapping
display shows that file mapped to the centre channel.
If you select the "L" file in the top bit of the window you should then
be able to assign that file to the left channel in the mapping section
at the bottom ... and then similarly with R, Lfe etc.
