Hi Carl,
Want to check with you, the photo below is it in DCP format?
I am trying to play the file inside the Video folder, able to play but no
sound, may I know what cause this problem?

Hi Jax,
Do you mean when you play it back in DCP-o-matic?
That is only a
preview, and there is no sound (yet) so that is
normal.
