Hi Dave,
You can't really do that with the "stable" release of DCP-o-matic, but
there is a chance that v2 will do it. You can get it from here:
http://dcpomatic.com/v2.php
It will import existing DCPs and also handle subtitles in SRT or DCP XML
format. I'm afraid I don't know what software you can use to time your
subtitles... someone else on the list might have an idea.
