I'm fairly new to the list, so I apologize if this has been covered before. I have a
non-timed subtitles text file and an existing (non-encrypted) DCP. Can I use the existing
MXF video and a create a subtitle track to make a newly subtitled DCP? What (Mac) software
would I use to create the subtitle track with? Thanks!
I do not have EasyDCP player to decode the MXF video, so burn in doesn't seem
possible. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi all,
I have a user who is reporting that he has a content file graded to Rec.
709, which he is converting to DCP using DCP-o-matic's Rec. 709 preset.
He reports that on a projector he sees pinker skin tones, and the entire
image seems a little desaturated.
He also tests on Easy DCP player and gets the following results with its
various colour conversions:
XYZ to RGB (P3): exactly as seen in the cinema (pinker skin tones,
desaturated)
XYZ to RGB (Rec 709): looks as it should
I'm a bit confused... does anyone have any idea what might be going on?
Thanks!
Carl
