Nothing to share except to say I got very excited at the prospect of being able to view DCPs in VLC, but have had no luck so far getting it to work on Mac OS X Mavericks.

Has anyone else had luck?

It surprises me that there aren't other open source DCP viewers out there since it looks like (at first glance anyway) software like Doremi Cineplayer are using ffmpeg (which is free) to do the heavy lifting.
