I am not an expert on 2D-3D depth conversion, but from what I know, the material in that specific THX trailer wouldn’t work with automatic/software based conversions, as there are simply not enough distinct shapes/features in it to use for that sort of conversion (aside from the THX logo at the end). I don’t know if THX ever offered native 3D versions of these trailers. - Carsten
