Or, in other words, the metadata containes only the key itself. A DKDM is a KDM
file/filestructure for storage/transmision of such key.
As DCP-o-matic only encrypts it's own DCPs and only creates KDMs for it's own
DCPs, there is currently no need to create or read a formal DKDM.
