As I understand it, DKDMs are meant to be sent to someone else needing
to make KDMs without having access to your own root certificates, like
a distributor or even some festivals.

At the moment that DKDM ends up on a list (stored in the config) which
then appears when you open the standalone KDM creator. Then you can
select it and make KDMs from it.
Do you have another use for those DKDMs? I mean other than subsequently
using them in the KDM creator?
