Suggestion: Add option to windows installer for a choice to install only for the current
or all users. Makes it easier to use the encode server component on standard/non-admin
user accounts.

And another one - reset/delete prefs. I came across a few instances with bad prefs,
causing the software to hang under windows when trying to access Preferences. For most
users, it is not easy to get access to their settings folder manually (hidden, access
rights, etc.) in order to delete the preference file.

Hi Carsten,
If you see that again, can you send me a copy of the bad preferences file
before you delete it? It would be nice to fix those hangs.
