Say I got content in 23.975fps which by DOM is sped up to 24fps (and audio pitched down) - That would make the duration of the DCP shorter than the extracted subtitles (which I guess are referenced by timestamp?) Not sure about this but I think there will not be significant difference with subtitles timing, otherwise you can manually fix timing with subtitle-editing software (e.g. Aegisub). I don't know does can encoding software (movavi, freeconvert, etc.) stretch and encode video with saving subtitles. I just made a quick attempt with mkvextract, but DOM does not seem to render the subtitles my screen.
