Hi Please Check : * Can you install other Windows Software that uses similar install processes? Maybe Test be Installing 7zip which seems to use similar install procedures. * Are you loged in using an windows Admin account (Needed for writing to C:\Program Filed) * Which Version of DCP-o-Matic are you using. Please test the Beta/Testing Version and maybe even a older one. Just to make sure if these are working. * 32/64 bit ? Did you pick the correct Version of DCP-o-Matic ? * Virus Tools: Already mentioned by C J Flynn. With the Advent of the Ransomwares more and more Tools block normal write access to dirs where programs can later be executed of. * Could you make a screencast video of your install trys and make it available? Hi Joop, Can you go in and just delete c:\Program Files\DCP-o-matic 2 and see what happens then?
