Hello,
Not that I really use that distribution, but on Ubuntu 17.10 when trying
to launch DOM-server I get :
ASSERT INFO:
../src/gtk/bitmap.cpp(1329): assert "IsOk()" failed in GetPixbuf():
invalid bitmap
BACKTRACE:
[1] wxBitmap::GetPixbuf() const
[2] wxTaskBarIcon::Private::SetIcon()
[3] wxTaskBarIcon::SetIcon(wxIcon const&, wxString const&)
[4] wxEntry(int&, wchar_t**)
[5] __libc_start_main
…something related with the way Ubuntu 17.10 handles - or does not
handle - tray icons ?
It's DOM 2.11.42 git 3b70dc77fb
Might be of any interest for later LTS Ubuntu version…

Hi Gerald,
Thanks for the email. I have fixed the crash in my local copy. I don't
see the tray icon on 17.10, mind you. I wonder where they are supposed to
show up...
