Barco must have a database that contains serials-cert relations. Because the communication between cinemas, distributors and KDM issuers is still based on serial numbers for all servers. Distributors demand serial numbers in their digital status sheets. I have no idea, however, who at Barco is the key contact for access to that data base. When we received our ICMP in 2016, the web cert download function had a bug and didn't work for us then. I emailed Barco tech support with my serial, and they supplied the certs by mail. However, all ICMP's have a QR code printed on the outside that can be scanned with a QR Scanner app on a smartphone. When scanned, you get a download link for the Cert as a zip file. Perhaps you can get a staff member on site to collect all the certs and mail them to you? Or even better, get hold of the technical department of the cinema chain and have them extract the Certs from the WebGUI of the ICMP's. There got to be someone technical who can access the servers remotely if there is no-one on site.
