[DCP-o-matic] urgent question

Hi. I've sent an encrypted interop DCP (to Berlin from US) to be screened in a room using DVC Clipster. They are having problems with it, saying the image is black and getting errors about the picture size and a mix of interop and SMPTE elements. Everything passes validation on our end and plays fine on easyDCP player. We've tried multiple keys, but that didn't seem to be the issue. Any ideas on what is going on?
