Alright, I can answer that myself now: DCP-o-matic put's that language code as a tag
into the resulting XML file (for Interop subtitles - and I suppose 'somwhere' in
the subtitle MXF file for SMPTE DCPs):
'<Language>DE</Language>'
Also, when importing such tagged XML subtitle-files, the language code field is
populated/displayed from this tag. Wondering wether it is safe to create/set the ISDCF
name details from it directly if present?
