I think that can happen with broken frame rates, like 29,97. I had it happen recently when
I used a short clip generated from Powerpoint, which magically had a 30.000003 frame rate.
There was a bug cleared recently that dealt with trims sitting between frame boundaries. I
understand this message may sound a bit frightening...

It was possible in some old versions of DCP-o-matic to get video content
starting at, say, 4.5 frames after the project start. This causes all
kinds of problems, so recent versions prevent this and check all projects
that are loaded to see if they have bad start times. If they do, the
content is moved (by a fraction of a frame). This warning just lets you
know it happened.
