Hi Carlh, Just wondering if a PC and MAC would format DCPs differently? I delivered some to a cinema today but 6/15 didn’t show up on the cinemas system despite being able to play on dcpomatic player on my laptop. The problem is this. Most servers do not support ExFAT file system. Original Dolby Servers (DSS) will read exfat. But, simply avoid it. I understand EXFAT is convenient as both current Macs and Windows systems will support it right out of the box (without additional drivers for e.g. NTFS write support).
